Which materials are available?

Core material groups are stainless steel, brass, copper and carbon steel. The material grade, finish and inspection requirements are confirmed from the drawing and application. When strength, corrosion resistance or conductivity matters, specify the grade rather than simply writing "stainless" or "steel".

What is the typical trial quantity?

Typical trial batches are 20-1,000 pieces, depending on part geometry, material, process, tooling and inspection requirements. A paid sample or measured trial batch can be discussed after drawing review.

What information should be included on the drawing?

Include the latest revision, dimensions, tolerances, units, thread standard, material grade, finish, critical characteristics, inspection method and any mating or assembly requirement. A drawing with a clear functional requirement is more useful than tightening every tolerance.

What is the quotation and production lead time?

The drawing-review target is one business day. Production lead time is confirmed per project after the manufacturing route, material, finish and inspection requirements are clear. Do not treat an automated website response as a binding lead-time commitment.

Are samples available?

A paid sample or measured trial batch can be discussed after drawing review. Tooling, setup and inspection requirements are stated in the written quotation. Production should begin only after the approved sample dimensions and appearance are confirmed.

Can Xinyue ship internationally?

Courier, air freight and sea freight can be quoted from China. The destination country and postal code are needed to define the freight basis. Final Incoterms, packaging and freight assumptions are stated in the quotation.

Does every product include material or inspection certification?

No certification should be assumed. The required material certificate, dimensional report, first-article inspection and acceptance criteria must be agreed in writing for each order.

Are safety-critical applications supported?

Automotive safety, medical, aerospace, lifting and pressure-vessel applications require separate qualification and explicit approval. Visual similarity to a qualified part is not evidence of qualification.

Does Xinyue own every manufacturing process shown on the website?

No. Xinyue coordinates qualified suppliers according to the drawing and process route. The website does not claim that every regional process occurs in one company-owned facility.
